The virtual Laughter Therapy session is the best if your team members and work-from-home employees are feeling anxious and stressed out because of work. The session is taken by a Laughter Coach, with the addition of a virtual Clown towards the end of the session.
The Virtual Laughter Therapy session happens in 3 phases:
- Phase 1:
The session starts with clapping of hands in a rhythm to activate acupuncture points and activate people for further phases. Eye contact is maintained to create more engagement.
- Phase 2:
Deep breathing exercises are done during phase 2. It helps in lightening the mood and relaxes the lungs. These exercises help us increase focus on our day-to-day activities.
- Phase 3:
Laughing like a child without any reason is the main aim of this phase. To achieve this multiple techniques are employed by our laughter coach.
